Work quality was fine, but business practices were poor. An estimate to complete the job wasn't given to me prior to starting the work and I didn't receive a bill until two weeks after the work was completed. It wasn't until I got the bill, did I realize that they charged me $70/hr in labor, even though the job only took about 30 mins. I called the company to discuss the bill and they informed me that they do charge $70/hr for labor w/a minimum of one hour charged regardless of how long (or short in this case) the job takes. That information should have been provided to me BEFORE even coming out to my house. Not cool.

It was great. they told us everything they needed to do befor they just started replacing things so we could deside what we wanted done. If we have anymore trouble we will call them back out. Thanks again.
