This young man is without a doubt one of the most resposible and reliable persons I have ever used for any sort of service. His work is excellent, he does not have to be called, he keeps up with his clients and knows what and when he needs to do. His fees are very fair and his service is well worth the money. I am a senior female, live alone, and am unable to do heavy yard work. Recently we just had a huge snow storm and Josh called me just to check and see if I needed my driveway cleared. I didn't have to call him. I told him I really did since I had company coming in around 5 pm and was worried how they would even find the driveway. He worked through his lunch break so he could get here early enough to not only clear my path out of the garage, but the whole yard and porch area for my company. This is just an example of his level of service and attention to his clients. His business is so good that he is having to use another provider to help at times and when this happens, Josh follows up on the work to make sure it was satisfactorily done and will correct it if not, I am sure. I have not had that problem, he seems to be as conscientious about who he hires as he his about his own work, but the fact that he calls afterwards every time to make sure I am satisfied with the work tells me he will correct it if it was necessary. If you can get a place on his client list, you will be very pleased with him, his professionalism,his service and his fees. I recommend this provider without hesitation - he is just great.
