Although the stylist was punctual and very friendly, my hair was a mess when I walked out. I even brought in a picture of the hair cut wanted with directions on how to cut it (from a website). I was expecting a cut with about 4 inches off my length, instead my hair looked exactly the same as when I came in. What a waste on money ane the hour it took to cute it.

When we walked in we were met by our stylist right away. She had both our haircuts done in an hour and a half and they looked fantastic!
