They seemed to do a good job. They got rid of the old unit and put a new one in. We did have an issue with the fan blade that seemed to be noisier than it should and they came back and put in a new one which was just as noisy as the one they took out but they tried anyway. They were polite and seemed to know what they were doing. They got the job done in a reasonable time. We had several bids and this is the best.

Mr. Harmon and his installer/technician were very professional, prompt, and responsive. We had no air conditioning on the second story of our home in 90+ degree weather and were low on other companies' priority lists. However, Mr. Harmon squeezed us in within days and got the job done. I have never felt the 2nd floor air conditioning feel so cool before (it clearly had not been working for a long time). The heater didn't HAVE to be replaced but it was old and inefficient, and the labor to replace it was included in the price for the new compressor so all we had to pay extra was basically the price of the new heater. Mr. Harmon and his installer identified other problems with our old units that we didn't even know about until they were removed (old condenser had other leaks and issues). Mr. Harmon's prices were very reasonable, and his approach was common sensical--not trying to charge us for cranes and other unnecessary structural modifications (like changing our venting and closet door, when codes don't require these changes); other companies insinuated such changes were necessary. In about a day, everything was taken care of from start to finish, including the utility pad that the new compressor rests on outside the house. I would highly recommend Harmon Heating/Air for an ethical/trustworthy heating/AC installation! I'm so glad we did!!! A++++++
