Everything from setting up the appointment to finish was extremely on point. The receptionists do everything they can to make sure you are prepared for your appointment. Dr. Reid really takes the time to check your pets and to connect with you as well. I will continue to recommend them to all my friends and family who have pets.

I believe Enid is most fortunate to have this quality of a veterinary care facility. We've received care from Doctors Reid, Shimanek, and Rutz and have found them to be professional and compassionate. The same can be said of their office and veterinary staff. The veterinarians are available for consultations throughout the day and there is always one of the veterinarians on call at night and weekends. Enid has some fine veterinarians, but for an animal I love as family, I would choose Enid Pet Hospital.

The office staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. Though I didn't have an appointment, they were willing to allow me to drop off my dog to be seen by the veterinarian when he became available.
Dr. Jason Reid, DVM is a wonderful veterinarian. Like previous visits, he phones a few days after the visit to see how my pet was responding to the meds he prescribed. I wish my physician did that!

They are very nice. Handle animals very well. They are honest. They do allow payment plans.

Dr. Lutz always takes good care of Shilo and examined him. We found nothing wrong with him but she advised us on how to take care of him and provided us with medication. It's always very expensive and when I can't afford the full price they work with me. Every time. I love how Enid Pet hospital loves my dogs.

This was the first time we had been to the Enid Pet Hospital. The receptionist talked to Rudy as though they see him every day. They took my information and got us right in to see the vet. A technician asked if she could take Rudy back and weigh him. While he was gone the vet came in and talked to me. They asked for permission to clean his ears. When that was done the vet and Rudy came back to the exam room. She explained what she had found in his ears and the medicines she was going to put him on. He has a bacterial infection caused by an as yet unknown allergy. She would like to see him back in 2 weeks to look at his ears again. She answered all of my questions.

I generally use a local mobile vet for preventative and routine vet care, but I've used this clinic for emergency care for the past 6+ years. My phone call was returned very quickly by a female vet (Dr Jacobs, I believe) who I'd never met before. After explaining my emergency, she arranged to meet me at the clinic in 45 minutes since she lived out of town. I was told over the phone that I'd be required to pay $250 up front. I agreed but was puzzled since I've never failed to pay in full at any time in the past. But, I don't think she had access to this information during our phone call. Once we arrived at the clinic, she didn't mention or require the $250 pre-payment. After examination, my dog was admitted and sedated until she was stitched up early the next morning. Since I didn't bring the receipt for her last annual rabies shot (from 10 months prior), they vaccinated her early. I called the clinic at 9am and was told I could pick my dog up in several hours. After 15 minutes in the waiting room, the vet met with me in the lobby and fully explained the emergency treatment that was given. She prescribed antibiotics to ward off any possible infection.
One down side to this clinic is their services are very expensive compared to other veterinarians in this area. The quality of care is top-notch, though. Prior to this visit, Enid Pet Hospital had always seemed to be more than happy to provide emergency care for my dogs. This was the first time I felt I was treated as an and quot;outsiderand quot; by staff at the front desk.

Like I said, we took our pets, and even foster dogs, there during our two year span of living in Enid. From the first time I went there I had the most wonderful experience. My pets were happy! I've never seen animals so happy at the Vet! I was able to call them if I had a concern just to get some advice, call them in the middle of the night for an emergency, take a stray in to get a work-over before I brought him home. They always had time to fit me in, or I could drop my animal off in the morning before I went to work! The staff at the front desk was always personable, they never made you feel like an inconvenience. They would send post-cards reminding me that our pup was due for his vaccine. And the Doctorsand hellip; oh the Doctors. I think I had a knight-in-shining-armor crush on the one by the time we left. They never pressured me to do any procedures, but instead educated me on my options. They were patient with my endless questions, and went above and beyond for the furry ones. The entire staff treated my furry ones gently and with TLC. I wish I could still take my furry family there. I've never been so happy with a Vet Office beforeand hellip; and It's been hard to find one that can live up to them since.

Outstanding service and pet care. Highly recommend the Enid Pet Hospital for boarding or vet services. The vets routinely call well after they see your pet to follow up.

Our dog gets into literally everything. Being first time dog owners, they are very clear on everything they tell us and are available for questions at any time. They also care about our pup as much as we do. He is our family and they treat him the same way. We board our dog often since we are Air Force and travel frequently. Prices are phenomenal and I know he is in great hands. My pup loves going to the vet and we love being able to trust such a wonderful group of people!

Saturday at 11:00 a.m. my son discovers blood on our dog Lizzie's side. Well come to find out she had attempted to crawl under some barb wire and cut herself in 2 places on her side. A quick call to Dr. Shimunek at Enid Pet Hospital and we were on our way into town to see him. It was a busy time at the clinic as they close at noon, however I was greeted promptly and helped well within an acceptable time frame. Dr. Shimunek told me that he would look at Lizzie after the clinic closed and give me a call. We dropped her off and went home. About 1 hour later, Dr. called to say that surgery and he would call me after that. Probably another hour later, another call, area shaved, both wounds trimmed and stiched inside and out, antiobiotics required, weekend stay and pick her up on Monday.Lizzie recovered well and Enid Pet Hospital is a wonderful place to take your animals. We have used them for over 15 years.

We have used the Enid Pet Clinic for our first dog. They are all great. We had a great releationship with our vet, and the entire staff. They were always checking in on our dog after we had issues with him. The Dr.'s call to check up on them and work with you to achieve the best care for your pet. They were GREAT!!!
