Plumbing
I purchased the top end unit in June of 2011. It failed within 6 weeks of installation.
When I contacted the manufacture, the conversation was immediately steered by the company rep in the direction of the idea that I had damaged the unit. After some debate, the rep offered to send me a call tag, allowing me to return the unit for inspection and possible repair. I informed him that this was unacceptable in that it would leave me without a toilet seat for the duration or force me to purchase same.
The long and short is that when I asked to speak to a supervisor or owner, he informed me that he was one of the owners. I told him that if I treated my customers the way he treated me, my partners would harshly take me to task. He then hung up on me and refused to take my follow up call. Defective unit. Very bad service, very rude.
