Worked  on or worked at this house for almost a year. Roof is weak decking should have been replaced in some areas and was not. Pulled broken baseboards off to replace carpet and reused. They were split all the way down the board.  Painted over tile and door frames . Overspray on tubs, showers, stools. Windows were installed with 2-3 inch gaps between frame and brick. (It was filled with gap filler ) .Sheetrock has little or no tape . Used roofing nails on sheetrock not screws. They Promised to repair sheetrock, but never returned. Will not return Phone calls or text messages.

$12,000
Said he would replace old roof, which was covered by insurance due to hail damage for about $12,000 (I do not remember exact amount) and that I would pay deductible. Barry contacted insurance adjuster, who showed up on schedule, printed a check in his car and gave it to me prior to starting roof job. Roof was finished on time and for the amount promised.
