They came out when we needed them and got the work done in a reasonable time. They seemed competent and they did the work in a reasonable amount of time. It seemed to cost more than I thought it should.

When he took out old disposal, he was very neat and cleaned up any mess. I did not have to worry about getting rid of the old disposal, as he took it w/him. When he installed the new disposal, he showed me how to use the special wrench that came with it to get out something (i.e. an eating utensil) if it becomes lodged in the mechanism by mistake. He had to remove cleaner bottles, etc. temporarily to work under the kitchen sink, but replace these items, himself, instead of having me do it. I appreciate that. He also fixed a drip in my bathtub. He was punctual, polite and professional. Seemed a little pricy, but who knows what a plumber should charge. They're all high. I would definately use this company again.
