They were very helpful and had been very helpful. I last spoke with them after I had ordered some scatter cubes and went there to have them build the scatter cubes. They got my first order of scatter cubes wrong and started to charge me for them. I had paid up front and was going to cancel payment, but they offered to correct it and gave me a discount on the new ones. I agreed to that. They seemed very sincere and I did not get a false vibe from them so I would say they did a good job.
