OK except he took longer than originally estimated which was fine but as he was leaving he told us he would only charge for 2 hours because that is what he estimated. But when we got the bill he had charged for 2 1/2 hours. Do not like that he was not honest with us. He should have told us he had to charge more as he was leaving!

They are great. I use them all the time when I need to. They come out and do what you need them to. They are reasonable .Genes gives a 10 percent discount on your bill when u call them back the second time. It is a big outfit. The price I paid for their service was reasonable. They are more fun than I am when it comes to performing such work and other garbage disposal work. They are always really good. They are there the very next day you call them unless its an emergency and in that case they are at your place immediately. When they say they are going to be there, they are. I would absolutely give them a high rating across the board. I would continue to use them again in the future.
