After moving into the home we called Weather's to see if the items had a warranty and if the items would be covered since we didn't buy them. They were very friendly and told us they were covered until 5/30/2013 and even emailed us a copy of the original receipt so we'd have it for our records.
A week or two later we noticed the oven making noise. Weathers had Adams Appliance Repair come out and service the unit. The noise was addressed, but we were told it could be a problem with the initial instal by Weather's.
A week or two later it started making noise again.
I called Weather's and they were again very friendly.
The man I talked to wanted to make sure the problem was addressed before the warranty expired and went as far as to schedule Adams Appliance Repair to come out again AND had his installers there to take the over our of the brick wall and make any instal adjustments the repairman felt were necessary.
Two days later and everyone did as they promised and 45 minutes later my over was back in the wall and working perfectly.
I really enjoyed working with Weather's and I told them that on the phone.
They seems to realize that their appliance can be bought cheaper directly by the customer online elsewhere, but that they get and keep their customers by providing great service after the sale (you're not gonna get that on Amazon).
We will now be looking to Weather's to buy our washer and dryer and entertainment system.
