The owner and his staff were great in giving me an estimate of how long it would take and giving me updates when I called. The mower was serviced and repaired within the stated time estimated

When I dropped off the mower, I told them the front wheels were squeaking. They started it, then pushed the handle bar to activate the front wheel pull and heard the squeaking. They then told me that they were about 10 days behind; I told them that was okay with me. My grass hadn't really grown too tall then, so I wasn't worried. About 8 or 9 days later, they called and said the mower was ready. After getting there, I asked what was wrong. They said nothing was wrong; all they did was clean and grease the bearings inside the front wheels. And it looked like they cleaned the outside of the mower, too because it looked like a brand new mower. I was very impressed with their service and attention to detail. I will definitely use them again.

I haven't started my mower in years. It wouldn't start when I put fresh gas in and charged the battery. I called other shops in Edmond, but they wouldn't work on it because its a no name brand. DC was more than willing to repair it. Turnaround was 10 days. Mower runs better than when it was new.
