Wabi Sabi West

At our first meeting, we described our drainage problem and Kristy walked the property and asked many pertinent questions. She wanted to know how we like to use the yard, what we enjoyed about the and quot;beforeand quot; state, and what we hoped to change. In a reasonable time frame (about 10-14 days I believe), she returned with a sketch of her recommendations. We discussed our thoughts about the plan, and without any complaint, she modified her plan according to address additional ideas we had. Each plan was beautiful, but when our budget required modifications, she quickly made adjustments and the result is fabulous.

Kristy has an excellent team. We met eight individuals in all, and found them all friendly, cooperative, and knowledgeable about the project. The crew arrived punctually whenever scheduled, and cleaned up at the end of each shift. Our whole front yard was literally scooped out down to subsoil and reshaped in this major renovation (causing many neighbors to arrive with questions!). When a section of fence had to be down, the crew was attentive to times when the dog was in the yard and never let him escape.

Now it drains well, looks beautiful, and has made a tremendous difference in how we feel about our property. We have used several contractors for various household projects, and I can say without reservation that Kristy Satterlee and Wabi Sabi West is hands-down the best of the best. In this case, the cost was worth every penny.
