They are moderately to high priced because of the care they offer. We had to have a dog put down, and they were so accommodating. They put us in a room by ourselves, the doctor anticipated the pain, and confirmed that she was dying. They sent us a note and all the staff had signed. You can also buy a pet there if you decide you need another one. They have a store as well.

They are great and friendly. They seem to know what they are doing and their prices are reasonable. The wait time there is about three or four minutes.

When I got him home he woul dn't leave my side and was scared to go outside, which he had previously loved. Their charges for the medicine and shot were very high. (I don't remember the charge amount, but it was way over what was expected. I had to guess at the amount above because I couldn't remember, I also had to guess at the date, but it was in the summer of 2011. I couldn't submit without an exact date. ) was disgusted that he was so sick and scared. I will never use them again.

The vet whom we saw in the office was always prompt and he took his time with us, answering all our questions.
The veterinarian who came out to the house the day she had her stroke treated our beloved pet like she was one of his own. He was very kind and took the time to explain to us (as well as our dog!) what he was doing and why. We will never forget how he made such a traumatic experience bearable.

She was lethargic throughout the night, clearly not feeling well. We thought she would sleep it off and we kept an eye on her. The next morning, there was no improvement and we were concerned. I called the clinic...our regular doctor was not in...I asked to speak with another doctor. I was told someone would call me as soon as and quot;they finished their appointmentsand quot;...I stressed I wanted to speak with a doctor before noon and was told this would not be a problem. I was also urged to bring the cat in which I was hesitant to do as this would lend stress to her situation.
They never called.
I made other arrangements to have our cat examined. It turns out she is fine and suffering from soreness and a mild reaction to the anethesia.
We have taken our animals to Kickingbird for every treatment, procedure, regular scheduled exams. We have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars. While I realize they are not a car repair place, I do expect respect and service. We always thought they were overpriced and too focused on running a state-of-the business operation with numerous techs, receptionists, computerized follow-up, but we liked the one doctor we saw and, frankly, it was close to our home.
We're done with them and very disappointed.

Animal Boarding Kennels
Kicking Bird Animal Clinic treats our pet like it was their pet. They know your animal by name when you walk in the door, it is very personalized. They take them out and play with them, take pictures of them. This is all part of the service.

My dog gets very special attention. Kickingbird Kennels staff carry's him around and totally spoils him.. He loves going there. When I take him to the vet, which is the same place he gets excited thinking he is staying.

My dog was happy to go and happy to leave the Kickingbird Animal Clinic. He did not lose any weight and seemed to like being there. I would take him back there if I go on vacation again.
