Had a mixed experience with this company. To be fair some of the problems were not their fault. Also I'm a television editor and am very picky about my home theater setup. THE GOOD: Did a very professional job of mounting and installation. Workmanship looks great. (Though I should note they don?t patch any holes they make in your walls. That?s up to you.) THE BAD: They postponed installation three times: three months from time I sent deposit until installation happened. Admittedly, the delays were not all their fault. To their credit, they offered to refund my full deposit if I cancelled order. But that?s still a long time to wait. Overall they did a very nice job. But afterwards I noticed all these problems. Two biggest problems: new TV looked and sounded BAD ? worse than our old TV. At first I thought I was just being picky. But my wife also complained, so I knew it wasn?t just me. I contacted the owner. He said TV calibration would be another $300, which surprised me: I assumed properly adjusting the TV was included in the service. (To be fair the work contract states they will ?setup? TV and sound system. No mention about ?calibration.?) So I spent two nights pouring through the user manuals and online forums learning how to calibrate picture and sound. BIG IMPROVEMENT. Other problems: they accidentally turned off signal to our old TV, didn?t install Wii sensor bar, and didn?t finish securing TV wall mount (kind of a safety hazard). By this point I?d lost patience with these guys, so I fixed all that myself. To be fair some of the problems were minor. Other problems may or may not have been their responsibility. And if these guys were Best Buy I?d chalk it up to you get what you pay for. But when I?m spending this much money I expect a little better service. Even though I was very satisfied with workmanship of installation, I don?t think I could recommend these guys considering all the other problems I had.
