Got a new laptop from a box store and had the box store do the do the data transfer. Got home and could not get the historical files to open. 3 Geeks was close by and I took old and new computer to them to help me resolve my problem. They noticed I had not properly uploaded the historical info and had not properly registered the new software. It took all of 15 minutes (less time than driving back to box store) and it was working properly. They said since they did not really repair anything there was no charge. So, I contributed to the lunch fund. Great group of people to work with.

I brought my computer, I gave them $30 and couple of days they called me back to tell what's wrong with it; I told them to fix it and they've done a good job.  I went to pick it up and they explained everything they did.  They applied the $30 to my bill.

The engineer was very helpful. The DVD player's installation was beyond our capabilities and he had the system set up very quickly. He explained how it operated and also determined that our internet service was of a lesser standard than we should have for the live streaming Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Video Plus options. The provider we had, had the lowest internet speed in the market.. Accordingly, we started researching other options and decided to change to another provider. This resulted in a huge improvement our internet service - it is now amazingly fast! We were very grateful for that knowledge. A good service, at a fair price.

The 3 GEEKS sent somebody out who was supposed to be an expert in Apple computer repair, when the person arrived he said he'd worked on an Apple a couple of times and that's not an expert as far as I'm concerned. He did work on computer and was basically unable to fix it but still charged me $100. I went over to the store and I had to talk to the Manager. He did give me half of the money because the man did come out but that's not my problem. If they can't fix the problem why I shouldn't have to pay for it.

My computer was acting and quot;funnyand quot;. Documents I had previously downloaded now caused an error. 3 Geeks removed viruses and malware that had been causing problems. They also and quot;cleaned upand quot; the system, so that it would run more effeciantly, installed system updates and
removed temporary files and defragmented files.
When I took my computer in, they said it would take 3-5 days. I told them that I couldn't be without the computer that long and asked if the work could be expidited. For a fee, they could get the work done in 2-3 days. I told them to expidite the work.
Ben called me back the same day and said he could gurantee the work would be completed within 48 hrs, but it would cost $295. 3-5 days would be $195. It was worth $100 to me to get the computer back as quickly as possible.
I took the computer in on Monday afternoon and 3 Geeks called Tues morning to tell me the computer was ready.
I was quite pleased to get the computer back so quickly and they did an excellent job. My computer works well now and runs faster and more effeciently. $300 seems a little high, but they certainly did an outstanding job and completed the work in less than 1 day.
I'll use them again.
