Ted troubleshot the system identified the likely causes and we agreed upon a plan. Since he didn't change any items he didn't charge for the call out. I was very impressed.

This company needs a serious review..this is it!
I built my home in 1993. Jenks put in the water well system and I didn't need ANY service until last year..nearly 20 years!! I needed a ballast tank at that time. Mine just wore out. I called, they were there, diagnosed, fixed..pronto. The service people were amazing as was the person that answered the phone on my initial call.
Today, the pump gave out..20 years..not bad. 1:00 p.m... water out. I call. EXCELLENT phone experience. I was told to expect a call back. 5 minutes..call back..service people will be out in 40 minutes. Fantastic. They were. Tested every aspect..electronics, tank, pump and found the pump worn out. Pull the existing and replace. My water was on in about 3-4 hours. BUT...this work was done in a cold rain..hard work done right. When it was done, the service people (who left a warm home on call) were pleasant and professional. I left happy to have them at my back. If my system goes down..they are there, efficient and effective.

We have used Jenks Water Well Drilling over a period of time and have always had ongoing problems. This last time we had them fix our well problem and the problem returned and we had a hard time getting them to return and hired a different company. We won't use them again.

"To the best of our knowledge we show no record of a call back to check this system. Summer time can be very busy and we are sometimes forced to triage our calls. For example out of water calls are given priority over a noise problem or air in the lines type call. We regret there was any type of problem but not knowing about it we were not able to fix the issue. If by some case the call was overlooked we sincerely appolijize."
