+ 0 moreVery good service. I always thought they were very up front with me. Did not try to push unneeded repairs. Let me know if a certain item was wearing out but did not need to be replaced right then.

The owner called me that afternoon and told me the repairs were going to cost $1100, which was much cheaper than another shop had told me. The timing belt, oil leak and steering issues have been resolved and the price was reasonable. If you have a Volvo, I would highly recommend Swedish Import Repair.
Description of Work: I needed to have an oil leak and timing belt fixed and issues with steering.

+ -1 moreThey keep the cars running beautifully. They're trustworthy and I know that they're not going to rake me over the coals and that they're going to do just exactly what I needed really well. They don't charge you more or do more than what's necessary. I have been taking our cars there for 10 years. They are punctual and fast.

Description of Work: I thought I was receiving a rebuilt alternator and instead got a used one. The cost is excessive for this and when I asked for them to install the rebuilt, they said they would but for more money.

Description of Work: 60,000 mile check up and oil change on 2007 Volvo XC90. Replaced bulbs. Replaced a plastic piece on the seat.

Description of Work: I will not return here!! The inside smelled so strongly of fumes. I had a scheduled oil change and told them I would need to wait onsite with my baby and other child. When I arrived they told me the wait would be a while. When I said I couldn't wait too long because I had my 2 month old with me, they did agree to see what they could do. I had to wait outside in the heat and nurse my infant sitting on a rock because of the fumes that were so incredibly strong. The icing on the cake, $90 for an oil change. They didnt even air up my tire that was low. No apologies or even attempts at courteous behavior.
