I HAD PICTURES WHEN WE WENT TO COURT AND AGAIN WAS CALLED A LIAR AND TOOK HIM BACK TO COURT AND HE DID NOT EVEN SHOW UP HIMSELF. I COULD HAD PUT HIM UP ON CONTEMPT CHARGES PER THE JUDGE. IN COURT HE TRIED TO LIE HIS WAY AROUND THE PICTURES AS AN EXPERT WITNESS THAT WASN'T EVEN ON THE SCENE. HE CALLED ME A LIAR! THE CASE NO. IS SC-2009-9856 DISTRICT COURT OKLAHOMA COUNTY.

The installation was supposed to cost $135. When he was installing the sink, a pipe ruptured. We didn't notice it at first, so the water ended up spreading through the kitchen and into our living room. It had gone through the wall as well. I had to have a disaster service come out to dry out the carpet and I also had to pay to have the damages repaired. The total damages plus court costs were $2980. I talked to him and he asked if I had insurance. I told him I did, but that these damages were going on his insurance. He told me I was going to have to put the costs on my insurance because he wasn't going to put them on his own. I took them to court and won a judgment against them. During the court proceedings, he actually accused me of cutting the pipe myself to make money off the insurance claim. After I won the judgment, I had to go back to court for a hearing of assets and he didn't show up for that. It has been over 45 days since the court's judgment and I have not received any payment. The court docket # is SC-09-9856 in Oklahoma County.

I contacted them twice and they came to the house twice and each time after they left I had to contact the gas company because I smelled gas. The gas company would not relight the gas water heater because they said the work was not completed to code. When I called the third time Stone Creek told me that I would have to pay $500 to repair the line. I contacted the BBB and they reported to me that Stone Creek refused to answer the complaint.
