Squeaky Clean House

Great service but I was not informed I was charged by man hours. Had 2 people very expensive.

1 1/2 late once, they came 3 times I believe couldn't get here on time once.  One person did it all in less than 2 hours 4400 sq.ft. find that hard to believe.  another couldn't finish in 3 hours.

My first appointment was scheduled for 1 pm.  At 2 pm when no one had showed I called the main office.  They assured me the girl they were sending was on her way but had been delayed at another home.  She arrived and asked if I had paid for three hours of service.  I told her I had paid for six rooms.  At the 2 1/2 hour mark she told me I could either have my kitchen floor mopped or the counters cleaned but she wasn't going to have time to do both.  What she did do was FANTASTIC!  But I was disappointed she was leaving before the completion of six rooms.  Two weeks later I had another scheduled appointment.  They were sending a new cleaner out.  After an hour of waiting I called the main number again.  This time the cleaner had a family emergency and was in the ER with her child.  It was rescheduled for the next day in the a.m.  The next morning I again took off work to be home to show the cleaner what I wanted done and after 45 minutes I called the company's main number and was told she was running late but would be here shortly.  She showed up minutes later.  She was AWFUL!  So bad in fact that I took pictures of all the things she didn't do, sent it to the email address of the company, and was contacted soon after and was told I would have a reclean at no charge.  The girl they sent to reclean was late by over an hour but she did a GREAT JOB!  My next appointment was scheduled for the 4th of July and they called to reschedule (which of course I was totally fine with).  We rescheduled for the next week.  At the over one hour mark I received a call from the company this time (instead of me having to call them) and they told me the cleaner was confused where to go so she went to another house and was cleaning that house.  She would be at my place within the next four to five hours.  She showed up, was the one we had the first time, did an AMAZING job, and left. 

My experience has been Squeaky Clean provides a decent service but their scheduling and appointment times are seriously lacking.  For those of us who work and would prefer to take time off to be there at first for the cleaner, this is not the service for you.  Appointments and times don't exist in the Squeaky Clean world.

The provider was just wonderful. Her name was Amy. The office people I dealt with were very nice, but working through the internet scheduling and messaging, both on office phone and internet did not work well at all. I don't think there was ever communication between the employees or that the webpage messages were ever checked. I got two card charges for visits that were cancelled prior to date, but was never communicated to provider (who called me both times to let me know she was on her way and had to find out from me that her afternoon booking was cancelled and, though they were very nice about reversing the charges, there was no reason for them to appear at all. They have a great employee in Amy, but the office system needs work.

If you are looking for an average sweep and vacuum of the house and a
quick wipe down of your bathrooms, and you don't mind a different person
going through your house each week, this is the service for you.  I had
more than a couple bad experiences with the company before they sent me
a WONDERFUL cleaner.  She was awesome, but always late and often
unreliable, which meant they sent someone new to my house, without
warning.
It was too stressful for me.

The employee arrived on time and spent four hours cleaning the house.  The individual forgot to clean certain areas including the inside of the microwave and did not satisfy our definition of 'deep clean'.  The individual did present themselves professionally.

The lady did not stay the entire time neither did she clean thoroughly either.  She left after 2 1/2 hours of cleaning and she took her time cleaning to make sure she took up the entire time so the efficiency is not there.  I've had three other cleaning companies come to the house and each of them have done far better than this company for around the same price.  They have worked quickly and efficiently and did not cut corners to "milk the clock."  This company says that they said their better cleaning people to members who sign up on a regular basis.  That's just a bad way to do business in my opinion.  If you don't have people who do a quality job each time, then don't offer the groupon deals.  Needless to say we won't be using this company any longer.  The person they sent didn't do a good job at all and if they had, we would've signed up a long term agreement which we had been looking to do.

The first time the lady that cleaned our home did an excellent job.
The second time a different person cleaned our home. They were to clean for 3 hours but they only cleaned for 2 and did not do that great of a job.  The company did not reply back until a couple days had passed they did not check their website for comments.  The lady who clean the first time came back out and did an excellent job.  The same lady came a third time and did an excellent job.  The fourth time the lady did not show.  Again the company did not reply back in a timely manner.  The person on the phone said they were out of town so they guessed the lady did not know to come and clean but they still remembered to charge us for a service that was not rendered. They did credit my card back.  The cleaning is excellent if you get the right person but their administration needs to improve their customer service like promptly replies and don't forget about the customer.

Bought a five hour cleaning and Victoria did a wonderful job.  She did a thorough job for the time she had and left no detail undone.  The whole five hours she was constantly doing something.  Would highly recommend.

They stayed in contact and they confirmed the appointment within months and confirmed when they were on their way.  The young woman, who cleaned, did good work.  As she finished the projects I had for her, she asked me if there were other things she wanted me to have her do to fill the time slot, so that was very good.  I have asked them to come back.  I used a Groupon deal with them.  I was able to schedule them online.
