My parent's house was supposed to be a custom built, handicap accessible home. Instead, their home has standard sized doors throughout, a shower in the master bath with a step into it because they forgot to allow for the drain pan, sloppy construction throughout the entire house and so many mistakes I don't know where to begin. My parents have too much to deal with to file a formal complaint but I think there needs to be something on record so that people are aware of this incompetent builder. Do NOT use this builder. He is not reliable and has somehow managed to delete all of the negative reviews about his company. The only thing he has been clever about is covering up his ineptitude. This company is unprofessional, sloppy and negligent! DO NOT USE them-I can promise you that you will regret it if you do! I cannot wait to hear their response, or more than likely, they will just have this deleted. I am predicting a litany of excuses as to why things happened the way they did. If they contact my parents and try to bully them I will go directly to the BBB and file a formal complaint against them. They had their chance to fix things and chose not to. I am writing this so that others will not have the same disastrous experience that my parents had.
