they said there were two places the line was bent and as it turned out it was bends in the pipe not bent places

I had a small flood in my front yard from a leak in the main line from the meter to the house. Schuler was the only company I could get to come out that day. They found the leak right away and they were able to patch it. But they suggested I might consider replacing the line. They must have been reading my mind but that was going to be my next question. They said they could do it right away but I had to hold them off because I couldn't be there. But they showed up on time the day they were scheduled to be there. The dug up the line replaced it and did a little extra work for me while they were there.
The Plumbers were very respectful of our time and property. I have been telling everyone about them and would recommend them to any person looking for a plumber.

Schuler Enterprises has been out several times to help with my plumbing needs. Larry is the first technician I met from Schuler. Within an hour of calling for assistance (on a Friday afternoon), Larry was on his way to my house to fix my tankless water heater. Larry has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. During my first service call, Schuler's owner, Russell, also stopped by to deliver some parts for the repair. He is a very nice man who takes pride in hiring well-trained, honest technicians. I was so impressed with Schuler's work, I have since asked them to come to my house and work on other plumbing issues. I HIGHLY recommend Schuler Enterprises!

I like them. They don't try to come up with things that are not wrong that they can fix. I trust them, that's all. If it is fixed, it is because it needed to be fixed, not because they need a dollar. They were just fine. They did a good job, cleaned up and it was perfect. They always get to us really fast and I appreciate that. When we call, we know that we are going to see them pretty quick.

Plumbers came within two hours of call. They explained the issue thoroughly and discussed options. Opted for less expensive repair to see if that fixed problem. We have used Schuler over the years and have appreciated the level of service. We feel they have saved us money in the long-run by making suggestions to replace old cut-off valves, etc. Schuler's owner, rather than taking an aggressive approach, thought about an odor issue for a bit and came up with an inexpensive and quick repair. It looked as though we were going to have to tear out a portion of our kitchen wall and cabinet, but with his solution, it was fixed!

They are fast to respond. I trust them because I got them from Paul Schedid. If there's nothing wrong, they will tell you and if there's something wrong they will tell you as well...they will give you the price and fix it. I feel confident.

The staff is the most professional group that I have ever had perform plumbing jobs for me. I have used this company for many services including adding new washer dryer connections to replacing old pipes.

We have learned from experience that it is less expensive to pay someone to do things right the first time, rather than going with a cheaper plumber that does inferior work. Two years ago before our former renter moved in, we remodeled our rent house bathroom. We didn't call Schuler's because we didn't think we could afford what they would charge. Instead, we went with another plumbing company...who just made things worse (water leaks, blocked toilet pipe, etc.) We ended up hiring another company to come back to correct all the problems...which included having to remove one wall of our newly tiled bathroom to access the pipes. Anyway, we learned a very expensive lesson...if we had not tried to do the work "cheaply"...and if we had called Schueler's in the first place, we would have saved a lot of money, frustration and disappointment.
So, was Schuler's probably more expensive than most of the other local plumbers? Yes. Was it worth the extra cost? Yes. If Larry, the plumber, had not volunteered to crawl under the house, then we would have thought we had our bath tub problem fixed. But we would have also ended up with water running directly under our house each time the tub was used. We wanted our plumbing fixed correctly, and we are very confident that Schuler's provided us that assurance. No, they aren't cheap. Yes, they are worth what they charge because they do the job professionally and are pleasant to have working to fix the problems.

I asked this company whether the gas company would do the digging and relaying for free and they told me they would not and that they would have to do it. They did not quote the job but did all the digging and as it turns out, another plumber told us that the gas company would have done it for free so I confronted them and we had to negotiate the price considerably lower than they billed us for. His original invoice was for about $6,000 and we settled on a payment of $1,000. I am concerned that they misled us and will not use them again in the future. In the end they made it right but we had a lot of hassle getting it done.

"Wow! I'm glad I didn't have this client as an instructor in High School--3-"A"'s, 1-"C" and 1-"D" would have gotten me a solid "B" and not a "F"--ouch! I'm thinking there's more going on here than reviewing our work. As I remember it, I'm sure we gave these clients written estimates at each phase of this project--from the initial diagnosis of the gas leek to the finishing of the concrete we replaced outside the back door. I can assure you that it is never good for us to negotiate a price after the job is complete--it always costs us money when this happens. As to what another plumber told them about the scope of work and the price--if you provide general information you will get general policies--we provided specific information to the gas company and followed their recommendations. As the clients reported, the original gas line was not installed to code requirements . . . the line was to shallow and it was run under the concrete slab prior to entering the home. The gas company could not use the existing line as a sleeve when moving the line from the easement to the home because it was to shallow. The meter would have been located both under a window and blocking a door if the line had been used as a sleeve--neither of these choices meet code requirements. We discussed this information with the client prior to trenching the new line to the home and they agreed with the project plan and the price estimate. Since we were rated an "A" for quality we must have done a pretty good job. The client is right about it being difficult towards the end--we carried the entire cost of the project and we had a very difficult time getting paid anything at all for the work. I don't think they were honest with us about their intents when the project started. I would recommend that any contractor working for this client have them get several estimates and, more importantly, get a check before they start the work."

They job went very well. They were able to get out to my daughters house that afternoon. When I explained the situation they were able to get there immediately. They thought it would be a day or two but he called me back and said there was a guy in her area that got done with his job quickly and since he was going to be that far out they could get to her that afternoon. There were some water lines not connected and they were able to find out what the problem was and they were able to charge me less than they quoted. They were honest. I'm going to use them here when I have a problem.

Upon moving into a new house, I discoverd lots of plumbing issues. I called Schuler Enterprises on Saturday to see if they could come early in the week. They were able to come the following Monday morning. They were at my house for about 7 hours doing work on various issues that needed fixing, including installing a new toilet. They also checked all my plumbing for me before the finished to make sure I would not have any more issues. Their plumbers are extreemly nice and curtious. I have used them before and will use them again anytime I have plumbing issues.

We called. They responded and set a date and time for service. Typically this was within a day - usually the same day. They arrived on time and went right to work. When finised they presented a bill for which we signed and paid. They left everything neat and clean and fixed!

We had a problem with the drains in the home where when we flushed the toilet, the sink would bubble up and girggle. We called Schuller Enterprises, Inc. and they were able to come within hours of when we called. Two people came to the home. They snaked all of our pluming lines and replaced a part under the sink. It took about two hours. We were very pleased with the professional way they responded and took care of the issue. This was the third or fourth time we have used this company for plumbing needs and have been as pleased every time they have done work for us.
