He was on time which was really refreshing and was also honest and up front with his pricing. He did what he said and did it quickly. I was so impressed that I asked if he could add something on for another day and not only was he able to do that job for a reasonable rate as well, he did it the same day! My only complaint is that he only does electrical work.

I have a rental property that requires specific work to be done, reasonable or not. If the 'repairs' do not get done, I will not get my payment from OHFA. Even though I had purchased 8 wall outlets and new covers to be installed, Robert only installed one outlet and all the covers and wanted to charge me $150. In good faith, I left a check with my tenant and had to get back to work. Robert left with the check and didn't even leave a receipt or finish the job.
I explained to him from the beginning, the work is required by OHFA. He was hung over and could barely walk. Get on disability or in rehap but stop taking advantage of people!

Technician showed up on time and traced line to breaker box and certified that gas lines were grounded.

Two guys came out spent about seven hours here. They did a professional job and I was very pleased with the work they did. The one issue I ran into was that they listed a 10% senior discount on the Angie's List website, but when I talked to the contractor he didn't know anything about it. I had to jump through some hoops in order to receive the 10% off.
