Rich Lawns did the landscaping at our new home in June of 2015. We were pleased with the overall landscaping work it looked beautiful. They did everything we asked and Brian, the owner, was friendly and prompt. We paid him over $30000 and then the problems arose. We lost a couple of plants within a few months and when I called to have them replaced, he wanted to know who would pay for them. He never would come out so I didn't think it was worth quibbling over $60 worth of plants so I just replaced them myself. About 3 month ago, one of our landscape lights went out and Brian had told us they had a 10 year warranty. I contacted him and he said he would come out and He look at it and get it replaced. After numerous phone calls and texts over the next 3 months, we finally gave up. We went ahead and special ordered the light, paid $185 for it and replaced it ourselves. This company may do the job for you but they will not be there for you if any problems arise. I would not recommend them!

They're very prompt and very diligent. They do a complete mowing and cleanup and they pay attention to the details that are important to us. They point out things that need attention and don't leave them for us to discover. They can also repair our sprinkler systems and outdoor light fixtures, which makes them very efficient. If you want landscape design help, he would be my first choice.

They are very good and they do a nice job. We have been using them for years. We have 20 acres here. They don't mow all of it, but they mow a big part of it. I pay the price to have everything that I have mowed. I don't have an average yard either. We probably have 5 acres mowed and weed-eated, a total of 5 acres around the house. I have got two barns. It's a different type of property than what people normally have.

Rich Lawns are very good and punctual. They do an excellent job. They have all the equipment to make them so efficient. No need to be home when they come, they will send a bill out to you. If we want something different done, just give a phone call and let them know.
