It went fine except John didn't catch that red shakes went on the front gable of the new house  Those had to be ordered which caused a two week delay.  Other than that, there were no problems.  Second time we used him.

The contractor was not responsive at all.  Once work did  start it took  over two months for work to be completed.  Even then it took a many calls to have the contractor return to fix minor deficiencies in their work.

Work was done quickly, but not well. Had to come out 3 times to repair shingles that blew off in 50- 60 mph wind, even though shingles were rated much higher. The last person who came out from the company said " Why did they use this type of shingle? You needed the architectural grade." when I told him his company recommended them, he had two additional wind turbines put in for free.

We had hail damage and were referred to Reroof America through our insurance company's Triage program. Ray Clark from Reroof was extremely helpful and patient with me as I asked for many references and addresses to view possible roofing choices. Once I chose the roofing, they were here within 2-3 days and brought a crew of 6-8 men who finished our very large roof in 3 1/2 days. Their clean-up was excellent and the new roof looks great. It was a very good experience and I would highly recommend Reroof America.

The salesman "Gary Clark" treated me with dignity and respect. He was very personable and detailed in reviewing the estimate. He also was very prompt with working with the insurance company. Overall, he is the reason for me choosing this company.

He was on time for appointment. He said that after the contract I could cancel within the three days. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job in one day. Their clean-up was excellent. They were courteous and nice to work with. I would recommend them to anyone having roof work.
