Trevor was professional and diligent in dealing with our crisis and resolving the problem. I would recommend him to anyone in need of flood or fire restoration services. The cost of the service is high, but the cost of dealing with the potential damage would have been worse. Fortunately this loss was covered by my homeowners insurance.
Description of Work: Rainbow International of Edmond dried out several rooms after our water heater ruptured. I was out of town when this happened. My daughter came home and found the carpet was drenched in two rooms, and water was standing on tile floors. Trevor responded immediately, while a plumber was shutting off the water and removing the ruptured tank. Trevor called me with his assessment of the situation. As best as he could, he estimated the cost it would take to dry the water before it damaged the walls. He worked for hours that evening moving furniture and other items, removing water and setting equipment for drying. He returned regularly over the next few days to do further work and moisture tests. As a result of his fast and successful intervention, we did not have to replace any wallboard or baseboard.
