About us
David has been doing construction since 1983. Since he is the only employee of QROK, we try to keep it simple for everyone. You can develop a personal and trusting relationship with your handyman and know that his craftsmanship and commitment is based on your 100% satisfaction. We prefer not to sub contract other portions of the job. Should you need a licensed electrician, plumber or HVAC contractor, David can recommend someone he knows and that you can trust. We accept all major types of payment. Our bids include materials and labor unless otherwise specified. We take 50% up front for material cost and the balance is due when you are satisfied the job is complete!
