It works pretty good. The pricing was a little high, but I went with them anyway. I know I paid for an extra nice system, I kind of upgraded it. I was referred to them and I researched, I got tons of quotes. There was a dirty torn up lawn, but it wasn’t our fault, everything was fine. You know how it is, they leave dirt tracks and all of that. The lawn looks great now. We rain and stuff, so it took about three days to do the job.

The owner actually came out to turn off the system since it is leaking so that I won't have a high water bill. I have used them before and they do great work.

We met with David, owner, when he came to give us an estimate for installation of a sprinkler system in both the front and back yards. He was personable and upfront with options for sprinker system arrangment in our yard, possible duration of time for completion of work, and most importantly, cost. We felt he gave us a fair estimate and appropriate options for our watering needs, therefore we chose to hire his company to do the job.
David gave us an estimated start date, which was a few weeks out due to the holiday and the time of year (busy). On the day which he and his crew were scheduled to begin installation, he arrived around 9 AM and began marking off the zones. David made sure we were happy with the set-up he had planned, as you could tell he had experience with the installation of irrigation systems. He explained that he would give us great coverage in the front yard and fair coverage in the backyard to save on cost. (and, since no one really sees our backyard, since it is surrounded by a privacy fence :-) We also have a 70' x 6' flower garden in our backyard which he also set up for optimal coverage. I was happy he presented me with this plan, as he could have presented fair coverage in the front AND back yards OR great coverage in the front AND back yards. His crew took aproximately 3 days to complete work. After completion, the part of the system that connects to the city water had to remain uncovered so that it could be inspected by the city. He explained that some irrigation systems are not inspected. He arranged the inspection, which happened while we had left on vacation. Over that period of time, David kept in tough with me via text message to let me know the status of the job. As soon as we arrived home from vacation, I was quick to notice that my yard looked like a seen from a war movie, however David assured us our lawn would look like it did before, if not better. Before we left for vacation, he said he would come back to our house to show me how to operate the system. (which his workers already did to show me that the system and work they completed was in fact completed) After we arrived home, he scheduled a time to come back to our house and show me how to operate the system controls, change position of sprinkler heads, and gave me tips for smart watering. He also said that at the end of the watering season, he would show me how to deactivate the system at no extra charge. (He was true to form once again!)
At the beginning of the 2013 watering season, I activated my irrigation system and noticed there was a leak, however small, in the fittings of the shut off valves. I contacted Quality Irrigation to see what they could do. I called the first time, left a message, but did not get a response. After 2 weeks, I tried again and got one of David's workers. He said he could come out to assess the problem asap. He arrived, changed out the fittings, and the leak has since ceased. Overall, I am very happy with the and quot;Qualityand quot; of work. David is a true professional, and his crew is second to none! My grass is green and my neighbors notice the effectiveness of my sprinkler system installed by Quality Irrigation compared to their systems installed by others.
