Pro Built Fence

I asked for the widest wooden gate possible.  They gave me a bid for two 8 ft gates and adjustments to old fence to accommodate.  Within 6 months, both gates were dragging.  Calling them back, they charged me another $300 because (even though his paperwork said it would be under warranty for 365 days), he said that the gates were not covered because they were too big.  Again, he gave me the size to begin with.  He put cheap rollers on the gates and added a cross bar.  Today is 5-25-12 and am having them replaced again (this time by another company)!  The gates have been removed because they are again dragging and the latches are broke as well as the wood was cracked at the hinges.  My overall experience was upsetting and feel that since I didn't have a 'big' job for them, they took advantage of the situation and performed poorly.  The work was done very cheaply.
