Found the bad part and disconnect it. Place a call to the company but the model has been discontinued. So I will replace it just haven't got one yet.

He came out a day after we called. He was courteous, friendly and very professional. Took care of both problems. We were pleased with his work. We have a bigger project coming up soon and will definitely call them for the job.
