The owner talks a lot and listens very little. The day the job was done, his crew showed up and just started working, didn't let me know they were here or when they'd finished. In the month following their work, we had major cold fronts come in, with strong north winds. The temperature difference between the floor and the coffee table was 17 to 20 degrees (see image). I suspected Premier Insulation had not done what I'd requested (and paid for) so I hired another company to see what was going on. They took well over a dozen pictures under the house and showed them to me, pointing out many, many problems - places where there was no foam at all (corresponding to very cold areas of the floor), places where it had been sprayed into spaces improperly, places where the foam showed signs that it had not been mixed properly. Even the invoice from Premier Insulation was shoddily done - the description was "spray foam" - no indication of whether it was open cell or closed cell. I would never under any circumstances hire Premier Insulation again.

Perfect- about 1.5 hours and left me with completed ONG rebate form. Highly recommend.

Very prompt and efficient service

They came recommended by a local builder that builds nice homes. Their price was good. They showed up on time. They finished on time. I have had no residual problems. I was fine with the price.
