Pipe Down Slab Leak Location

I could not be happier. First time dealing with this issue. Relied on Angie’s List rating to find help. Dave & his helper, Ron were fantastic! Punctual, professional and very courteous. Was able to locate the leak and correct the problem WITHOUT disturbing the slab or flooring. Leak detection and repair all completed in about 4 hours, total. No mess left to clean when they left. Cannot recommend highly enough!! Thanks Dave!!

went well. Workers came in, located leak and had it repaired within 3 to 4 hours. They do not do any floor or wall repair except for concreting the hole shut. You must do the repair yourself or hire someone else to do it. I fixed the wall and floor myself after my wife and I found a suitable tile substitute.

The guys showed up on time, investigated the source and found it in maybe 20 minutes. Then completed the small slab removal, pipe repair, and concrete re-patch in the next 2 hours. Perfect timing, and responsible repair.

I called at 8am this morning. Dave said he would hav someone here by 10:30, at 10:30 Dave showed up. 4 hours later and I have water again. Super professional and I would absolutely use them again though I really hope I don't have to.

They were able to schedule quickly and were helpful over the phone making sure that we had cut the water to the house etc. Called the day after Thanksgiving and they were able to schedule to fix the issue the following day. They came in and quickly found the issue. I assumed it would be a multi-day event, but they moved the furniture, ripped up the carpet, and jack hammered down to the pipe all within a few hours. They did miss the first time by about a foot. Our slab has a crack in it which he said can through off the machine. The were spot on with the second whole. They replaced the pipe (let us keep the broken piece as a souvenir) and filled the holes with concrete mix. They do not reinstall carpet but he gave us the number for a guy who came out the following Monday and got it all reinstalled very inexpensively.
A slab leak is a terrible and expensive day, but Pipe down made it go so smoothly it was almost surreal. I would definitely suggest them to anyone.

The leak was fairly far down under our kitchen. They only had to take out ONE tile! I was amazed.
He showed me the pipe that looked like a small hole in it that was a
huge problem for us. They cleaned up
after themselves and were friendly. I
have to say I was blown away by them finding such a tiny leak so far down. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for
anything better. I would highly recommend

He came out on a day when it snowed six inches and was on time. He did a really good job. He also has a camera service where he can locate water in your vents.

Overall experience was great, it was a disaster for me at the time, but Dave put me at ease and walk me through the whole process.

I had really good results. The owner is Dave Stafford. I don't know the pricing but it is going through my insurance company. I would definitely use them again.
