Extremely overpriced and dishonest! I was told the 65-gallon gas hot water tank was no longer available and agreed to a 75-gallon replacement. The quote was for $4800. For that price, I was expecting a very high-quality hot water tank. I should have not agreed and done more research. After installation, I researched the tank I received and found it for $1750. Even with a 50% markup on their material, this is astronomical for parts and labor. If you decide to use this company, I suggest doing your homework and getting a few bids before agreeing to use them and getting an itemized bid breaking down labor and material cost. There are a lot more reputable and affordable plumbing companies out there. I strongly recommend not using this company.

They said they were leak detection company but they aren't. They would bring in a third party company. They charged me double for what they said they would.

Things went pretty poorly.

Caleb was amazing. He knew exactly what to do and his experience showed. He had the old line out and new line installed within a couple of hours. He was very methodical, professional, and wonderful to chat with. I highly recommend Pipe Doctors. Caleb is great and he mentioned several other guys with the company are also amazing. Give Pipe Doctors a call if you need any plumbing work done. They've earned it.

The Plumber from Pipe Doctors went above and beyond to not only do the requested work, but volunteered to add bolts to stabilize our toilet riser. He was courteous, efficient, and professional.. His work was perfect.

Very pleased with the service rendered. About 2 minuets after requesting a quote on line, I got a call and 40 minuets later a technician was at my house. After analyzing the problem, I scheduled the work to begin the next day. The work began as scheduled. Brian their technician was very professional and knowledgable and just as importantly strictly followed the COVID 19 guide lines. He identified some other issues which he took care of. A bit pricy; however, in my opinion, it was money well spent. Quality work, professional and a timely response: hard to find these days, especially in the plumbing industry. Thank you Pipe Doctors

Very misleading. They say one thing to get your business but do something completely different. At first I assumed it was miscommunication between the driver and office. However after contacting the office to verify the information, the office changed their position. This is my first time I have ever made a bad review. However being mislead or if I call it what it is, I was lied to, I find that very appalling. My first time experience with this company will be my last experience nor will I endorse such a misleading and untrustworthy company. This company needs to be removed from legitimate businesses providers like Angie's List and HomeAdvisor. I should have read the google map reviews of this place. If you add all the 1 star reviews, they total more than all the other star review's combined. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

I called them to schedule a appointment they asked me what time I chose the noon to 2pm they texted me to say the person could come early I was going that is ok with me. He showed up early like she said he would. Told him it was kitchen sink what was going on. He gave me two options: cheap easy way and the hard expensive way he gave me the disclaimer on both may or may not work rare that it doesn't work either way I chose easy cheap way. I didn't care what it cost I was tired of not having a kitchen sink. He told me what he would do showed me where our vent was. He worked hard trying to get rid of grease from everyone who lived here before us we don't put grease don't the drains. Kept trying til he finally got it all gone now I have my sink back. I knew it would be hard to do fixing stuff in this house is not easy. So happy wondered why we didn't think of it before. Thank you!! Will look on Angie's List again for future projects. Already told someone about Angie's List

After not showing up the day we originally scheduled, due to being short handed, they graciously offered to cover the expense of the service the next day. They came, fixed the problem in under half an hour, explained everything they were doing while doing it and were very kind. I would definitely recommend and would use them again. A company with integrity is hard to find these days and they certainly have it! Wonderful company!
