+ -1 moreThe remediation services went smoothly. They were highly professional, knowledgeable, affordable and got to my home quickly even though it was a weeknight. The price was reasonable and they worked closely with me and my insurance company to make sure the claim was moving along. They explained the process simply and kept me calm since I was freaking out. We also used the plumber that they recommended and that service was outstanding also!
Description of Work: Phoenix Restoration performed remediation services on carpet, base boards and drywall as a result of a leak in the slab of my home.

+ -1 moreJeremy was fantastic at showing us what we could do and reworking our floor plan to make sense of the space we had and how we could have a better "flow". Tim and all of the crews that came out were awesome. Tim stayed on top of things from the first day until we finished and always had a smile on his face. We have no complaints whatsoever, we only wish we had done this 10 years ago, and we are currently working on another project with Phoenix for an investment property.
Description of Work: We did a huge remodel on our 1957 house. We completely gutted our kitchen and master bath/closet and re-worked the floorplan to make a much larger master bath/closet and an open kitchen/dining/family room. We also replaced all the windows and flooring throughout the house and updated the basement.

+ -1 moreOverall, I would say that Phoenix Restoration generally did a good job. The only issue I could see was that there was a "disconnect" at times between the different departments within the company. For example, if they were handling both your contents and re-construction it was difficult to get updates regarding progress etc. I would recommend that they have a Project Manager(s) that serve as a single person contact at the company rather than having to speak with 3 or more different people.
Description of Work: Phoenix Restoration provided the pack out, cleaning, storage and then the delivery of our personal contents after the control panel for an electric stove caught fire and caused smoke damage to everything in the house.
