The vision of Petra Roofing Co, LLC was forged in 2004 and we broke ground and opened our offices in the Oklahoma City Metro in the Fall of 2006 as a small family owned and operated business. Since its inception, PRC has grown to one of the largest roofing companies in the state of Oklahoma servicing 6 national insurance companies as a direct repair and preferred contractor. In 2009 PRC was recognized as the 2009 Best of the Best Roofer in the state of Oklahoma by the Oklahoma Magazine. They were excellent. #Everything went great. They were prompt and trustworthy. They managed to get everything done while I was at work and didn't have to take any additional time off. It was just wonderful.

Extremely pleased with this company. My roof looks great. They did a great job. They cleaned after themselves. The manager went to the roof, he wasn't please with what he saw and he called the crew again and fixed the problem. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

They did a really good job. They were backed up by the insurance and that's part of the reason we used them. We're pleased with them. They were fast. They came in and did the job. They cleaned up and they were gone. There was no nail left over. They were very friendly. They came out and explained everything to us. The workers came out exactly when they said they would. Everything was good.

They were excellent and would not be able to say anything better. I would recommend them for anything to anyone. They cleaned up a mess that another roofer that my insurance company had hired probably because they were the cheapest. I had some problems with that roofer so they had to fix it and I paid for it myself. The estimate was right on mark. They were right here on time and did exactly what they said they would; in fact they did extra. They had bought everything that they needed ahead of time because I had saved some shingles and they wanted to know where those were. They took care of it while I was at work and everything was done through email. They were good and deserve a good write up.

Prompt and professional. Returned phone calls promptly. Cleaned yard of nails and debris. Checked when job was completed to see if all was satisfactory. Recommended businesses for gutter repair, vent repair, etc. We used these recommendations and have been pleased. They are a USAA service provider and we trust USAA reommendations.

After getting a bad estimate from another company I checked edmondbusiness.com for another company. Found one and checked out on Angies List also. Called and found the rep very helpful and professional. Gave an estimate and determined perhaps the insurance company had overlooked that I had lifetime shingles previously. They worked with insurance and got me an upgrade to the original estimate. Chose Malarkey shingles because they now have a plant in OKC. Work was performed quickly and very professional. Clean up was exceptional. Added two vents for me also. They will be back next year for another house.

This company previously vetted by my insurance company. The sales manager spent about 30-45 minutes talking about the company and its principals and precedures. He said he could take care of all the roofing and gutter requirements and I could be as involved or not involved as I wanted to be. My wife selected the shingle and color and and we got out of the way. Job well done. The work crews showed up on time, worked hard and kept the work area clean during some very hot July days following the "The Geat Hail Storm of the Oklahoma City metro area in 2012." I certainly would hire again.

Petra was working with my insurance company direct, so I had very little paper work to do. They were always prompt and seemed to be priced as good as any other roofing company.Work was done on time and to my satisfaction.

I met with the owner after calling to make an appointment, he came by, looked at the leaking area and worked up an estimate to remove the composite shingles and wooden shingles, re-deck, re-shingle and a add a vent ridge, After my husband and I discussed the estimate we called them to accept the proposal. We took the paperwork to their office, met with the project manager and setup a time for them to do the work. They showed up as scheduled, did the work, cleaned up after themselves and left. The project manager called that evening and we scheduled a meeting with him to examine the work and pay. When he arrived we asked him to straighten the heater exhaust pipe which he did and he went into the attic to verify that the whirlybird and heater exhaust pipe were connected correctly.

We are not going to use them again. We called them to repair our leaky roof and it is leaking even more now. They did come back and redo do it, but the fact that they had to come back was aggravating. They should have do it right the first time. After the second time it does not leak. The only reason why we had them come back to redo it was because they were the ones the did it in the first place.

"The original roof was metal set at a negative pitch that had reverse flow into the home. This was not up to code for roofs with pitch less than zero. We attempted to correct this for the customer for the agreed upon price. Retrofitting a non code compliant roof structure at the lowest price possible. The new system had three areas where joint failure occurred in rains, again at the same points as before. We then FOR FREE put another system on and did not ask for any payments until we had done this. It worked, sometimes correcting others mistakes is a process that requires patience and cooperative efforts to get a final solution right. Few, if any firms would have gone the extra mile to fix this type of a job that was not created by us in the first place. We stayed the course, worked to find the best solution and did so at our expense. Sometimes things are not as they seem, but we can say that through this process his roof does not leak anymore, and had we not been hired it would still have an unremedied ongoing problem that we were hired to rectify and we did. Where we failed is unclear, and we will always continue to serve people with the best, honest and sincerest desire to cover thier needs with the excellence we expect from ourselves everyday. I wish you well Member, and I am glad we fixed your problem, like me or not."

This went extremely well. They were prompt for our estimate. In talking with my neighbors that have similar size homes, their estimate was very reasonable. They showed up when they said that they would. They did an exceptional job with clean up. When they were leaving their trailer slipped off onto our yard and left a trench mark. They actually were courteous enough to come back and lay new sod down for their mistake. Overall a great experience with a great company.

They worked pretty quickly, they got it done in 2 days. It has been raining a lot here and the attic is dry. They did leave a mess. We have been finding nails around the yard. They also broke a few planters while they were throwing stuff off the roof.

I really enjoyed working with Petra. Ricky was very nice and professional, as was his sub-contracted carpenter Joe. They did great work. After the project was finished, I had a few pinhole leaks that can be expected with a new flat roof. Ricky spent the time to fix these problem areas right and they have not leaked since. I would totally recommend them.
