PERFECTION PAINTING

I hate to write a bad review of anyone, but this was a really bad experience that I hope no one else experiences! 1) the man who did the taping off, prep work was very nice and did a good job, but didn't cover my windows so I had a fine mist of paint splatter over all of my windows 2) the owner Cameron Richards is very friendly, came on time, but stated all sorts of corrective things he would do, and did not do them when the time came. He took 2 months from original estimate mtg, stating that he'd stop by to paint some swatches on my garage door for me to look at and pick the final color, this never happened. I picked out the final color myself, and that is what he went with. 3) the paint job was spotty, when you get up close you see a lot of spots that did not get coverage, luckily at a distance, the paint job looks fine from the street. The back door has a glass panel that Mr. Richards did not tape off, and so when he painted the door, he smeared paint all over the glass which I did not notice at first and had dried, so it took some work to clean this off. 4) He did match the color I wanted for the house exterior, but the color for my doors did not match and was too dark, so I repainted those myself. 5) He said that he would come back to paint spots where the paint did not take, I emailed 1 month later, then 2 months later, and then 7 months after the paint job to see when they'd come back to complete the job. Mr Richards always emailed back stating that he'd call me the first of the next week to schedule a date, but then never called to schedule. That will teach me to pay the balance trusting that they would come back to complete touch-ups!
