I found an outside outlet dead. Checked breaker box and found GFI breaker tripped. Ii would not reset for me. I called Owens Ekectric. Charlie was on site within 30 minutes. We discovered that I had accidentally gotten water in outlet earlier. Charlie was able to reset the breaker.

As I am a landlord and depend on the servicemen I use to be both on time and reliable, I called Owen Electric to help me with a potentially dangerous situation. One of my tenants was getting bad popping sounds and short circuits happening at the apartment and I immediately called Charlie Owen. He came right out within a few hours and found the bad line within a hundred and forty degree attic and replaced it, checking and replacing some circuit breakers as well. I can rest assured that if ever I have an emergency or situation in which I have to depend on someone with excellent electrical skills and know how, Owen Electric is who I ll call.
