Omni arrived on time.  I walked through our house and showed the employee where there were problem areas, spots on the rug that would not come out with our home rug cleaner.  He was only there for about 30-45 minutes.  Spots were gone, and  the carpet looked great!  I wish I had done this years ago.  The whole house smelled better, too.  I would say I had an excellent experience with Omni.  They were easy to schedule with, too.

It was good and quick. They cleaned up behind themselves and they were fine. They took care of the furniture. As a matter of fact they are probably coming back in a week or so.

They've cleaned my carpets before.  I would recommend them and they are very good.  They were prompt and their prices were very reasonable.  They do a nice job.

The serviceman did not want to clean all the ducts and did not want to tp after it.  They equipment he used was not powerful enough to get it all and I ended up having to clean up after they left.
