They scheduled it and showed up on time, but promptly forgot everything we had talked about when they bid the job. I wrote on each can of paint where it was to be used but they failed to read that. We bought high quality primer to seal the cedar and mahogany, but they just loaded up the paint gun with latex and shot everything. The woman with them complained constantly about having to follow directions. After they left, the new doors she painted had terrible runs and had to be sanded down and repainted.
