They did great for several months. Then starting in Nov 2014 they stopped coming every week as they had in the past (I had a contract for clean up 1 x week). Since Nov I have been trying to get in tough with the rep. He was always quick to respond in the past. No longer. I have been trying to get a hold of him by phone and email from 11/2014 thru 3/15/15. No response despite many attempts. Getting a hold of the corporate office wasn't too much help either. They said these were franchises and all they can do is pass along the information to the owner who clearly has lost interest in running a successful company. Verry disappointing. I would never hire them again.

OKC Poop 911 has been very responsive to my questions and is quick to get back with me. They have been very professional and do a good job picking up the dog poop at a reasonable price. I would recommend them.

We have four dogs which means a lot of poop. Poop 911 comes to scoop our backyard every week and we couldn't be more pleased. Jon and Bill are both very professional, courteous, and do an amazing job of making our backyard look like we don't even have dogs! Such a great service, we wish we would have signed up sooner!

We have Poop 911 clean our yard on a weekly basis. We have two dogs and they do an excellent job. If we ever have any questions or issues with service, they are handled in an extremely prompt manner. I can't thing of another service provider who has given me better customer service. I highly recommend this company without reservation. If you are looking for a dog waste cleaning service, look no further..this is the one!

Jon Wood is wonderful to do business with. He's not only professional about his business, but he appears to truly care about his customer's and if the work is being done to their satisfaction. I've been using them since Feb 1, 2013 on a weekly basis. They do an excellent job. So nice to have a clean yard for my dogs, but also for my friend that mows for me afterwards. I'm on a limited fixed income and am disabled. So hope I can continue with both of these services. One less thing to worry about. ;-)

I have been contracting with Poop 911 for the past year to come every other week. I have 3 dogs and keeping the yard clean is certainly important. Poop 911 always comes when they say they will and if they have to change the day they email and ask if this will be okay. I think they do a great job and I have no complaints. They always live a post it note letting me know they have been there. I highly recommend Poop 911.
