Everything went great. I called their office, schedule an appointment, then 3 days after that the craftsman came back and he did the projects that I wanted to have done. Everything went smooth and looks great. No complaints at all. Very proffessional company.

They did pretty well. I am a perfectionist. Some of their carpentry work wasn’t all that professionally done in my opinion. It was a matter of missing a screw here and there or maybe not putting the nails in straight. They basically did what I asked them to do. Their work was satisfactory. It appeared to be straight and all of those other things that would go along with a wooden fence repair. Their pricing was quite reasonable. I had to supervise them to get the work done. The person in charge knew what I wanted done. I even gave him a picture of how I wanted it done. It would not have quite turned out that way had I not been here to supervise them. They have a number of different groups. They do a lot of different things and this is my only experience. So, I would consider them for other things.

My experience with OK Experts Company went pretty well. They were quick to respond. They got the job done within the time lines that they had promised. They were on top of things. What I didn’t like about them was their pricing structure. It did not include materials and labor. I wish that they improve a little on their bidding process. The quote that they give should be all inclusive. They sub contract their work. I would use them again in the future.
