He came out to look at my trees. He gave his opinion on what should be done while courteously listening to what I wanted. We discussed whether I wanted him to haul away the debris or leave it for my city to remove. Since I would save money having the city do it, we scheduled a date that was right before my city bulk trash pickup three weeks later. This way the debris would only sit on my lawn for two days. The day before he was scheduled to to the work, he called to confirm. The day of the work he called to let me know that he was on his way. He came to the door to make sure that we were still on the same page for what needed to be done. It only took him a couple of hours. He cleaned up and stacked the debris neatly on the curb. He then asked me to inspect the work he had done. He performed the extra touch ups that I requested without any argument or complaint.
Description of Work: Hybrid poplar bottomed up and trimmed. Peach tree shaped and trimmed. Twelve feet high and fifteen feet long holly bush removed to ground.
