The experience was awful. The roof leaked after first rain. It was inspected by a competent roof company and deemed to have serious installation problems and there is a question that roof warranty will be honored. NuTech Roofing and Construction was not allowed to continue any work after we saw the quality of their workmanship. The work that was done outside and some inside work (painting, repair of soffits.) was also deemed to be below industry standards. They billed insurance company for work that was not done. They wanted all the insurance proceeds even for work that was not performed.. We refused to give them money for work that was not done so they filed approximately $53,000 Mechanics Lien on our home. They have been reported to AG, BBB, and Insurance comm. We had to contact an attorney to remove the lien and pay us to re-do the roof and repair items that were inadequately done. I am not permitted to say anything more than the above statement.
