Our recent needs regarded faucet problems, but he has taken care of all plumbing issues for both my parents and my family for many years.

He was a very nice man. He was very thorough, very courteous, and I would highly recommend him. He seemed like he knew exactly what needs to be done.

The faucets behind my washing machine were severely corroded and leaking out. I called NBC on a Tuesday and the gentleman on the phone gave me a quote and was at my house by 9:30 the next morning. The plumber's visit was courteous and quick. I am thoroughly impressed overall with NBC and will not hesitate to use them again!

I called Nathan on Sunday and he called me back right away and came on Monday to do the work. He looked at the job and gave me an estimate and after I agreed with the price he fixed everything I needed done. He is very friendly and professional and I would definentely call him again for any plumbing needs.

We had our home built in 1999, the seal under our toilet had come apart. Nathan Brown from NBC Plumbing was excellent! He is very professional and prompt. Returns our phone calls in no time. He came over to investigate the issue and before he did the work he told us the issue and gave us several budget conscious options for fixing it. He has done excellent work for us in the past and we will use him if we have any issues in the future.

We have used Nathan for years. He has always provided excellent service, arrived quickly, and at a great price. Our bill for this repair was quite high, but the valve was very expensive - Nathan has always been very reasonably priced for his labor.

The owner, Nathan, and his apprentice came back the next day with the parts needed to do the job. They were quick and efficient in getting the work done, even though the outside temperature was in the mid-90s. I had asked Nathan to also check a third outside faucet, which he discovered was leaking inside the wall of the house, and he also repaired it on the spot. Nathan and his co-worker were very professional, informative and I was very impressed with the job they did.

It went very well. They helped me determine the best spot in the house to install it and got me involved in the process to help me learn about my new set up. This is not a typical water filtration system in our area, and after talking to several plumbers, NBC gave me the best impression that they would do a good job trying to figure it out. It turned out to be a relatively simple job for them and they went the extra mile by rescheduling to make sure it got done that day since that was the only day I could be home. Thanks! It seemed slightly pricey but I am not really sure any other plumber wouldn't have charged that. I really chose him because I knew he would be good because I looked him up on Angie's list and I'm willing to pay for confidence in quality and good service.

Nathan identified the problem of an upstairs leaky tub/shower as a deteriorating wall behind the shower. I did the demo on a 2'X3' section of the shower since Nathan does not do this. He came out and installed the new code-required valve and shower head. I rebuilt the wall board, backer board and tile. He finished the trim-out. It no longer leaks and my wife is happy. Nathan spent approximately 3 hours on the job and provided the valve and shower head.

Nathan was very prompt in returning my phone calls. He was always on time. The toilet required several visits, and he only charged me for the last one when we solved the problem by purchasing a new toilet tank. He was the third plumber I had had look at that toilet. He tried what the others had tried but he also explained what might be happening and why it might or might not work. For me, a new toilet was far cheaper than having plumbers out all the time to try to fix it. He was conscientious and kept things tidy. I felt like he was honest with me which made the experience an A-plus compared to other plumbers.

I especially like that NBC Plumbing & Heating will come out at my convenience. They will give me a call one hour before they come out so I don't have to miss work. I would recommend them.
