"I apologize about the inconvenience this has caused you, I’ve spoken with the technician and he informed me he called multiple times and also texted saying he was running a little behind, it is often hard to determine how long these things will take and this was one of those times where the jobs before you took longer then we had anticipated. About the freezer not being fixed, the tech informed you the part you needed was no longer made or offered by this manufacturer, About the bulb, the tech said he doesn’t remember if the bulb was burnt out in the freezer or not, and I know when I called you said you already purchased a new bulb, but like I said we will cover the bulb and make sure it’s the correct bulb made for the unit so you don’t have anymore trouble with it, please let me know if you change your mind and I will come out myself to install a new one. Im sorry you had a bad experience with our service, I assure you we are taking steps to make sure our techs are on time and things like this don’t happen again. Please consider giving us another chance to win your business back and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed."

Our company is located in Edmond and services mostly Northern Oklahoma County and very limited areas of Canadian and Logan Counties.
