The call went well, as usual

A second zone in our home kept switching off because of water in the emergency catch pan. It took 3 visits to problem solve this but it was an unusual situation with the drain trap which was not properly done when the home was built. The techs from Minters were diligent, polite, thorough and endured the searing attic heat in 95+ temperatures, plus an after-hours call. We felt the cost was reasonable given the number of hours they put into problem solving, supplies and equipment used. I had to call three times and each time I was attended to that day...the last day for a number of hours until the job was done. We like these guys...have used them for years. At times they run a bit behind and are late but that's because they are in peak business season which means we all have to be a bit patient. The jobs they are doing at other places are important and urgent too.

Very good job. Got hung up on previous job so was a bit late but did call to let us know. In and out with minimal fuss and left a clean work site. Owner himself came by to check on the work.

The first guy came out and cleaned the outside coil and it seemed to be okay. When it got hotter it didn't seem to be working as well so they came out again. The second guy found a couple of things that the first guy hadn't seen. He was reasonable and said that he should have caught it. They didn't charge me for some of that work. They did it right the second time.

Terribly....I will NEVER do business with these criminals again. PERIOD

when i called this co. to ask the owner a question on behalf of my senior citizen parents-the owner cussed me out and called me horrid names and said the most horrible things I have ever heard in my adult life.The owner said for me to perform vulgar s** acts on him. The owner told me to do things to him that I only thought you would hear in a XXX rated movie. The owner of this company told me..................to get on my knees and suck his d*** ..called me a b****. The owner told me that I didn't have the right to complain---that my husband should be calling---that a woman shouldn't be making a call like this. This is the most horrid experience I have ever had in my life. The office manager has harrassed me via emails in repsonse to me filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and for reporting the owners foul language to NATE as well. The office manager called my cell phone and harrassed me. I have reported this business to the Edmond Chamber of Commerce as well. I would go without air conditioning before I would have this company at my home. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. There has to be some other company in the area before you have to have these people in your home!

Not very happy since the root cause was not fixed during initial visit.

He came out about 7:00 PM. I had called about 10 AM and was told it was really packed, but they thought they could work me in. Called back just after 5 PM and was told he had one more job, then would be by. Showed him the heating unit and explained what had happened. He quickly digonosed the problem, but didn't have the replacement part. He called the office and some other trucks, but no one had it. I was told they would order it tomorrow and their was a 99% chance they could get it then. Called them about 11:00 AM to make sure everything was going OK. Was told it was and they would be out later. I told them no one would be home until after 3:00 PM. Called back at 4:30 to check and was told he would be out as soon as he finished the current job. He showed up about 5:30 and had it working by 6:15.

I really think that Minter and Sons Heating over charged me for the work that they did. The thermostat was only 20.00 but it cost 127 to install it and they didn't give my compressor a good charge for the A/C either.

I've used Minter and Sons Heating and A/C before, and they pleased me just as much then as this visit. The repairman came out right on time, and had everything he needed in his truck. They did a great job, and I will continue to use them in the future.

We've been using Minter and Sons for years. They do the check up twice a year. The technician was friendly and told us everything that needed to be done.
