Mike's Bobcat Service

All well as expected.

On the first day, Mike showed up at the property as scheduled and worked seven hours. He only charged for actual time on the job and was very fair about time accounting. He used a very efficient bobcat/skid-steer machine to clear the trees we specified and also cleared some very thick brush and briers. He also removed stumps where we had cut down several trees. He pushed/distributed the trees/brush where we asked him too, using his chain saw to cut up some of the bigger trees. At the end of the day, he offered to come back the next morning with a different machine to get rid of some of the bigger roots and make it easier for us to mow after we planted grass. He thought it would take only about an hour, which surprised us because most operators wouldn't come out without a minimum of four hours or more work. This might have been because Mike wasn't extremely busy the next day, but regardless it indicated that he wanted to do a thorough job for us. Mike is a very pleasant and professional person to work with, and we were very satisfied with the job he did.
