His company has been around for years, and it showed because everything was great. Michael was very responsive when I called for an estimate, he did an excellent job, and he stayed on budget. Furthermore, he didn't cause any damages while completing the work.

He evaluated the tree and said that it really looked fairly good. His crew was out and they really did a nice job. The tree looks like it had a haircut. They came to see through it, gave it some air in the middle and a light. They were up in the tree and did some very selective pruning and I'm really pleased with what it looks like. The price was a little more expensive than the other estimates that I had but in visiting with Mr. Johnson, we talked about a lot of stuff and I felt like it was worth the additional money. If I needed somebody to come take care of my trees, I would probably look for Mr. Johnson when it's time to make a replacement.

They were very courteous and careful, very easy to work with they arrived when they said they would. Did a terrific job of cleaning up.

He's a certified arborist or horticulturist. The only thing I don't like about him is that he is very busy, and sometimes it's a while before he returns my call. I was hoping he would already have been out here to spray, but he hasn't. I know he'll come, but it is a really busy time of year.

It is a local service and they were very good. It is very good. He is very good and he knows his trees and shrubs. He does a lot of tree trimming stuff and we have used him and it really worked wonders for our property. We have a one acre plot and we had some stuff cleaned up so that we could enjoy the property and he came out and did that really well. He does a great job with trees and shrubs and he also has a weed control service. They trimmed out every tree on our property and trimmed all the dead stems. They opened up the spaces and they took out 5-6 tree stumps. They hauled everything off so we felt the price was good and worth the money. He was very knowledgeable about this area and he had a degree in the area and that was his major. He had extensive knowledge and he lives in this area. He knows the indigenous trees and shrubs in this part of the country whereas some landscapers stick something in because it is good but a year later it is gone because it's not really able to take the climate. He knew what things to recommend and a couple of flower beds. We wanted perennials and he did that. We just felt like his knowledge and expertise were valuable parts. The people got here on time and got the work done efficiently. They didn't drag through it. It got done it a timely manner. Michael does specials during the fall and winter too which is nice because it is a down time for people. We were happy with them. He was recommended to us by our son-in-law. He is expensive but we are happy with what we got. It was pretty labor intensive and they spent the whole day. It was pretty reasonable for what we got. He was very punctual. He came out 3 times free of charge to check the area and took details. He analyzed what we wanted done and he recommended something which we didn't like. He was very flexible. We have some more work to be done and so we would have him out again for some plantings.

Arrived as scheduled, completed work in one day, did this job by himself with bobcat, but material used was of inferior quality.

Crew arrived promptly on the scheduled day. Performed services being mindful of neighbors property and fences, as well as my own propery and fences. Completely cleaned up debris. Completed job earlier in the day than I expected. Very well satisfied with al facets of the job.

Two of his crew members removed the trees and trimmed other dead branches throughout my yard. I felt very comfortable with their ability and the fact that Michael is bonded and insured, expecially considering the trees were hanging over my house. They completed the job in a half day and were very polite, professional, and responsive to my requests. They even cut the stumps into a table and chairs for the kids to play on! I also use Michael for year round tree fertilization and insect control and am very satisfied with the work. He may not be the cheapest in town but when you need a professional and don't want to risk the health of your trees by using someone who doesn't know how to properly trim, it is worth every penny. Replacing a tree damaged by an amateur is much more expensive.

Excellent service, Michael was friendly, his crew did a good job. The estimate I received was far less than other arborist-level tree services. They had a difficult time because I live on a major street, but managed to work completely out of my driveway and not block traffic. The job was complete in about 6 hours with only two men working. Furthermore, the trees were a real mess to begin with because of the amateur job and they did a very nice job of cleaning it up and raising the canopy. My only small complaint was that they did not saw off completely all of the areas where they removed branches from the main trunk. Now, the following summer, those have become sources of many new branches. I realize, however, that getting every single one of those would have been difficult, but now I have alot of extra work that I have to go in behind and clear up. Overall, however, they did really great work and I feel like our trees are alive and thriving because of it.

Michael Johnson was prompt and efficient and well mannered. He was able to get to us in a timely manner. He came in two stages the first time to remove the stump which took anywhere from a half hour to one hour. The second time he planted the tree.
