Bob did a complete heat pump install for us in the middle of the summer, he brought a team with him they finished in half a day and cleaned up after they were done. It has worked perfectly, and he warranties his work. Bob is always pleasant to converse with, he doesn’t try to up sell you or sell you a complete system when you don’t need one. He is reasonable on his repair fees and his full install. He will repair it and until it just can’t be repaired. He is honest and has integrity and in 2018, that’s hard to come by. Most recently we had a home warranty company do a full install on a downstairs heat pump and they were negligent in doing it correctly and coming back to fix it. I called Bob and he troubleshooted someone else’s mess (and trust me it was a mess) and he absolutely didn’t have to do that. He did it with kindness and a smile. If you want an honorable heat and air guy, he’s it. I WISH HE DID EVERY TRADE!

Bob is fast, punctual, and does a great job. He is a contractor I can trust, and does a great job. He has great values that's reflected with his entire team. I will always be calling Bob and Mechanical Innovations for all of my heating and air needs in the OKC area.
