Roughly 10,000 sq feet of decking to tear off, replace, reroof and water proof all pipes through roof and all valleys. Work began on Monday morning and completed on Thursday afternoon of the same week. Contractor was very knowledgeable and personable. He worked with us and with the insurance company to get us an excellent product at a fair price. The job was done with excellence. We've had several other contractors replace roofs in the past, but McRoof was the BEST I've ever seen. You will not have to be concerned about anything when you hire this company. I'll hire them again when needed.

McRoof handled my insurance company for me. They met their inspector and he pointed out to the inspector the problem areas. They documented it and agreed my hail damage was extensive enough for a new roof. McRoof pealed off all my old roof, all my old nails and staples. They cleaned the deck and repaired a few soft spots in my deck. I love having Scott teach me what he was going to do and teach me what was going on the entire time. Scott and his crew sent my insurance company enough pictures they did not even send an inspector as all details were caught in pictures. They had a guy on the ground cleaning the entire time. They used massive magnets to ensure all nails were accounted for. My wife is so happy we chose McRoof as our roofing company. We will hide them again and refer our friends already.

Overall good. A couple of delays for minor fixes but they always kept in touch and made sure everything was to our satisfaction no matter how small it might seem. They were honest and professional in every way.

Background:
Less than a year and a half ago, I had my roof replaced by another *roofing company.  When I asked them to come and look at my roof (that filled up an entire cooler overnight), they immediately said it was due to something else not covered by their policy.  This was before they even looked at it!  It took them 3 weeks to finally send someone and the guy they sent 'forgot' his ladder.  
Details:
I ran across Scott McCollum with McRoof and told him my issues with the other company.  Within a week, he had it inspected, explained in detail what the problem was and gave me the quote of $500 to fix it.  After more calls to the old company who would not admit it was covered (even though McRoof provided me/them proof that it was), I decided to get it fixed to reduce the possibility of mold.  I approved McRoof to do it and it was done within a week and a half.  The job was completed, the roof stopped leaking and now I'm back to fighting the old company for my $500.  I feel strongly about recommending Scott McCollum and McRoof to any of my friends and family.  
*Until I am for sure that I will not get a refund from the other company, I will not put their name on this.  When I am for sure and I don't get it, you will see my name writing a scathing review on their listing.
